Three-Tool Orchestration — The Pipeline Nobody Teaches

How do the different AI tools actually hand off to each other in one real build?
What happened
Lane Command was built using three AI tools in concert: Claude Code (built the app from a prompt), Claude in Chrome (navigated the Firebase console when verbal directions didn't match the UI), and Claude Projects (coached strategy, reviewed code, managed the session). Amanda moved between all three fluidly without needing step-by-step handoffs.
Why it matters
Nobody teaches this. Every AI tool tutorial shows you one tool in isolation. Real implementation requires orchestrating multiple AI tools — each with different strengths — in a single workflow. The skill isn't "using Claude Code" or "using Claude in Chrome." The skill is knowing which tool to reach for at each step and how to pass context between them.
The lesson
AI implementation at the individual level is already a multi-tool orchestration problem. At the organizational level, it's exponentially more complex. The people who can orchestrate across AI tools — not just use one — are the ones who'll define how organizations actually adopt AI.
