Four systems that shipped & are still checkable. Dates, artifacts, & what each one actually does.
Content Loop
ProductAn AI content repurposing engine for podcasters. Upload an episode URL & get five social posts, an SEO blog, & show notes, without touching a dashboard.
Concept to production in ten days. Full funnel: Stripe checkout, free trial lifecycle, email capture, engagement tracking, & recovery sequences.
Retired when the platform it ran on became unreliable. The metrics stand.
Verified: 7 of 7 podcast episodes processed, 41 content pieces, 100% success after the QA cycle.
Custom MCP Server
EngineeringA live sports odds API connected to Claude Cowork over the MCP protocol. Read the-odds-api.com V4 documentation, scaffolded a TypeScript MCP server with six tools, & wired it live to Claude Cowork pulling odds from 9+ US bookmakers across 92 sports.
Built in a single afternoon.
Verified: The source is public on GitHub & the commit history is dated. Clone it & run it.
Life Coach OS
SystemsAgent org chart, published 2026-08-05→
An 11-agent production system spanning Notion & Claude, with defined roles, permission boundaries, & overnight verification agents. Persistent context across sessions. MCP integrations into Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, & Notion.
It runs daily & it runs my business.
Verified: Selected for the Agent Madness competition, 1 of 64 entries, advanced to Round 3.
Nesting Program
OperationsA structured onboarding system for a Microsoft partner team. New hires were dropped into teams after training with no structure. I built the nesting program: a day-by-day onboarding guide, structured team rotation, & a 90-day support framework. Cut first-90-day turnover.
Classic ops problem, solved by building the system everyone assumed already existed.
One implementation insight every other Tuesday.
What actually works when you ship AI in real organizations. Nothing you could get from a press release.
